Since our inaugural grant year 2020-21, we have given more than £300,000 to organisations delivering services across the borough - you can see a list of these organisations on the Community Partners section of the website. Applications for grants in 2026 will be accepted from 1.12.25. Over £50,000 of grant funding will be available for work in Hammersmith and Fulham starting in 2026. Our priority is to provide grants for ‘open access’ youth clubs and projects that are helping to meet basic needs within a youth work context.
