SUPPORTING YOUNG PEOPLE FOR OVER 75 YEARS
Welcome to Addison Youth
Addison Youth is an independent grant-making charity. We fund organisations supporting the development of children and young people between the ages of 8 and 25 years in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. Since our inaugural grant year 2020-21, we have given over £300,000 to organisations delivering services in Hammersmith and Fulham - you can see a list of these organisations on the Community Partners section of the website.
We will be open for applications for the 2023-24 grant round from 1st December 2023. We to award over £50,000 of grants within the Hammersmith and Fulham community for work commencing in 2024. Our priority will be to provide grants to ‘open access’ youth clubs and projects that are helping to meet basic needs within a youth work context.
